Job description: Power Engineer (Specialist)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and planning of power system required for BSS, MW and MSC.
• Selection of Diesel Generators, Solar, Wind Energy.
• Installation and commissioning of Diesel Generators.
• Maintenance and supervision of power control system, rectifier, ATS panel, Switchgear and electrical equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of load calculation.
• Operation and maintenance of UPS, Stabilizers, Rectifier, inverter and battery.
• Procurement of electric goods, circuit breakers, Generator spare-parts and batteries.
• Inventory and mobility of equipment, spares, tools and test gears.
• Power system diagnose and rectifying the problem.

Additional Job Requirement:

• Must have 10 year’s working experience in power system preferably with a Diesel Generators, Solar and Wind energy.
• Good common computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skill, well energetic &.Be self-motivated.
• Excellent leader in solving problems.
• Very flexible, energetic and strong team player.
• Willing to work all over the Afghanistan and over time as required.

Educational Qualifications:

• A degree in power engineering is preferred but not a requirement.
• Must have +10 years experience on power system maintenance and a diploma In Electrical /Power engineering.
