Job Responsibilities:

• New site selection & acquisition.
• Coverage, Frequency and Capacity Planning & optimization of GSM network.
• Drive test & analyzing the reports.
• Traffic analysis & enhance the network capacity.
• Exposure to RF planning tools (TEMS Investigation, Map Info, Wizard).

Additional Job Requirement:

• Must have 5 year’s experience in mobile system preferably with SIEMENS in a large GSM   telecom company.
• Excellent communication skill, well energetic & computer knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Self-motivated and independent for solving problem.
• Flexible, energetic and co-operative.
• Willing to visit all over the Afghanistan as required.

Educational Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic engineering/Telecommunications
• Must have +5 years experience on GSM system
