Yes. Our network currently allows for roaming service in Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Iraq, Italy, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Syria, Tajikistan, The Netherlands, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, USA, and Uzbekistan.
How many minutes of talk time will an Afghan Wireless Communication Company top-up card provide?
The local or national call charges to Afghan Wireless Communication Company numbers is 0.10 units per minute. The call charge to other national networks is 0.15 units per minute. The international calling rate differs according to the destination.
Applying a $10 (1000 units) top-up card to your account, for example, will allow 100 minutes of local or national talking to Afghan Wireless Communication Company numbers or 66 Minutes national networks.

Yes. Our SIM cards include free national and international incoming calls.
Does Afghan Wireless Communication Company charge a connection fee?
No. We do not charge monthly service fee, but to be a part of Afghan Wireless Communication Company as a customer you have to purchase a SIM card worth $40, which includes a top-up card worth $10.00 as well.
Will I lose money if I have a balance on my top-up card, but I do not use it for a few days?
Currently, there is no expiration date on credit posted to your mobile phone.
Can I use Afghan Wireless Communication Company top-up cards to call Afghanistan from the United Stated of America?
